By accessing or using Ad Nexus Pro, operated by Ad Nexus Pro ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ad Nexus Pro is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered advertising campaign management tools, including:

  • Multi-platform campaign creation and management.
  • AI-generated ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action.
  • Campaign analytics and performance reporting.
  • Budget management and scheduling tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Ad Nexus Pro.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

Ad Nexus Pro offers Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Create ad campaigns that promote illegal products, services, or activities.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with others or use another person's account.
  • Create misleading or deceptive advertisements.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated ad copy is provided as suggestions and recommendations.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with specific ad platform policies.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create using our AI tools.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ad Nexus Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ad Nexus Pro and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain all rights to your campaign data, ad copy, and creative assets.
  • By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Ad Nexus Pro integrates with third-party advertising platforms and services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ad Nexus Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the performance or results of your ad campaigns.

10. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
